At just 10, I was introduced to FLOW—a technique I didn’t fully understand back then but later realised was the key to unlocking extraordinary outcomes. It shaped my journey as a 6X national netball champion, and combining RPMS led me to create 100X award-winning campaigns globally and powered transformative success across industries and countries.

High performance has always been at the heart of my journey as an athlete and leader. During the pandemic, I discovered that the trance-like state I often experienced was FLOW at play—the powerful driver behind my championships and global creative leadership.

In 2019, I deepened my expertise by studying the work of Prof. Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, the father of FLOW. I also trained with Steven Kotler, a global expert in human performance, to master advanced FLOW techniques. Today, I can access FLOW on demand and monitor my growth with RPMS, allowing me to deliver peak results with clarity, resilience, and ease.

WHAT IS FLOW?

FLOW is a state of mind in which a person is so immersed in a task that nothing else seems to matter. It's characterised by a balance between a person's perceived abilities and opportunities and a sense of being in control.

WHAT IS NRPMS?

My NRPMS (Nicki's Robust Performance Management System) helps identify gaps that hinder, enhance, improve, and sustain performance and transformation. 

It is designed to detect, downweigh (or remove), and flag outliers regularly to monitor and record performance. Reviews and feedback pinpoint areas where further development or support is required.
